Return Policy

It is important that you check your goods as soon as you received it. You can return to us within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.

Kindly lodge a return request with your name and order number by email to us at amazinghome2u@gmail.com prior to your return for our complete return instructions.

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate the return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.

Items returned must be in 'as-new' original condition and packaged securely in the original packaging to be accepted. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Clearance items
• Custom made items
• Personalized items
• Open Box items
• Items you have already assembled

Upon receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you and the return shipping back to the warehouse. Credits are issued in the form of store credit.

Store credit voucher codes will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
