Positioning:
Place the flat side of the orthopedic pillow. SISSEL® under the head. The high side should, on the contrary, press the shoulders. Thus positioned, you will have the ideal support for your spine.

Adaptation:
2 to 3 nights are normally necessary to feel this new correct position of the neck as pleasant. In some very exceptional cases, adaptation may require a few additional days.

Pillowcases:
Our product has been manufactured with very high quality materials which, therefore, must be treated with care and certain precautions. Always gently remove the pillow cover, without any
sudden movement.

All SISSEL Orthopedic pillows provide specific support for the lower cervical spine. The whole shoulder and neck area is supported. The pillow's unique tapering between the shoulder and spine fills the space between them and gently moves the spine into an anatomically correct position. The slight stretching feeling in the neck and spine can initially feel unusual as the body needs a little time (2 to 14 nights) to re-adjust to a natural healthy sleep and become used to lying on an original, anatomically shaped SISSEL Orthopedic Pillow.

Pillows made of pressure relieving visco-elastic foam absorb pressure and transfer it downwards to the interior. The foam adjusts slowly to any shape and the pillows are recommended for use in cases of health problems with pressure sensitve muscles.
